Managed support

Hosting, monitoring and a named engineer on an SLA. The contract most clients are still on years later. We run what we build, and what others built, on a monthly contract with response times in writing. Hosting, monitoring, patching, backups, small changes and a named engineer who knows your system.

  • Businesses that need their supplier to still answer the phone in three years.
  • IT directors who want one contract covering hosting, support and change.
  • Companies inheriting a system whose builder has gone quiet.

Engagement models that fit this service, in order of how often clients choose them.

  1. Stage 1.

    Deployment and monitoring

    Rolling, 30 days’ notice

Someone to own a system that is already live: deployment pipelines, monitoring, patching, backups, on-call and support, on a monthly contract with response times in writing. The monthly figure includes two hours of incident work; anything beyond that is billed per engineer per hour. Runs on your existing stack or on Hexploits Cloud.

Best for: Anything in production that matters, where you would rather one contract covered deployment, support and small changes. Most clients choose it after a build; none are obliged to.

  2. Stage 2.

    Hosting on Hexploits Cloud

    Rolling, 30 days’ notice

The same workloads you run on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud today, on reserved capacity in the EU for a fixed monthly figure that typically comes in 10–30% below the hyperscaler bill. We handle the migration, your data stays in the EU, and the number on the invoice is the number you agreed.

Best for: Established systems with a predictable load and a cloud bill that has become a line the finance director asks about. Also for data that has to stay in the EU.

  3. Stage 3.

    Fractional CTO

    6 months minimum

A senior technology leader for a set number of days a month, accountable to your board: supplier management, architecture decisions, hiring, security and budget.

Best for: Businesses that need senior technology judgement at board level without the cost of a full-time CTO.

  • Director, Gradvisor

Fantastic company and our development partner for Gradvisor, a social mobility careers platform with national ambitions. Extremely responsive and mission-oriented. Cameron owns any shortfalls humbly - rare for IT providers. Thinks like a client too.

Working with Hexploits has genuinely been a pleasure, and I see them as my scaling partner for the foreseeable future as JobVantage grows. If you’re looking for a development team who combine strong AI/engineering capability with honesty, flexibility and a real interest in your business, I’d strongly recommend them.

What are the response times?
Response and resolution targets per severity are set out in the service tiers and written into the contract. They are published on this page once confirmed.
What happens if we want to leave?
Thirty days’ notice. You already own the code and the accounts. We hand over credentials, current documentation and a recorded walkthrough, and we offer a paid transition period if you want one.
Can you support a system you did not build?
Yes. Onboarding starts with a stabilisation phase: documentation, backups verified, access reviewed, monitoring added. Then the SLA starts.
Who is our contact?
A named lead engineer and a named account contact, both introduced before you sign, and both listed on your service page.

Tell us about the system and the sector. A named engineer replies within one working day. A written scope and an indicative price within two working days of a short scoping call.
