What we do
Hexploits does five things, for the same clients, on one contract: applied AI, product engineering, cloud and platform, security and compliance, and managed support. The point of doing all five is continuity. The engineer who wrote the assessment is the one who builds the system and the one who answers the phone in year three. Nothing falls between suppliers because there is only one.
We work with IT, operations and finance directors at UK companies of roughly £5m to £150m turnover, and with the AI and compliance technology vendors who sell to them. Most relationships start with a fixed-price assessment or a defined project and move onto a managed contract once the system is in production. Many of them start with a process the business runs on spreadsheets and email: we turn it into a system with automation, one process at a time, and the spreadsheet stays until the new system has run beside it and the numbers agree.
How we are different, in terms you can check
- Starting rates are published, and so are the governance cadence and the exit terms, not disclosed on the third call.
- Insurance, partner programmes, subprocessors and continuity are on one page written to be forwarded to a compliance colleague.
- Case studies carry numbers, measurement periods and named clients.
- Before you sign, we introduce the people you would work with and explain what each is accountable for.
- Code, infrastructure and cloud accounts are in the client’s name from the first day, so leaving is a handover rather than a rescue.

Our engineers work across the major languages, frameworks and cloud platforms. We build on the stack you already run, with technology choices explained in writing before work begins. That includes the languages and frameworks your systems are written in today, the cloud you are on, and the AI models you have chosen or need help choosing. We name specific technologies in case studies because that is what those clients run, and we recommend in writing before we build.
Where we work
We are based in London and work across the UK, with hosting in the client’s own cloud account or on Hexploits Cloud, our reserved capacity hosted in the EU. Every engineer on an engagement is named in the statement of work, with their location, so you know who is working on your systems and where.
