  • SaaS platforms whose customers want alerts in their own Slack, Teams or inbox, sent from their own accounts.
  • Engineering teams maintaining a separate integration for every channel, each with its own retry logic.
  • Products that need delivery evidence: receipts, suppression and status updates a customer can verify.
  • One HTTP API

Your platform sends a notification once; Notify handles each channel.

  • Multi-tenant by design

Each of your customers (tenants) connects their own destinations (connections) with their own credentials.

  • Validation and retries

Requests are validated before they are accepted, and failed deliveries are retried.

  • Rate limits

Delivery is rate limited, so a burst from your platform does not become a burst at the provider.

  • Delivery receipts

Status from SES, SendGrid and Twilio is collected and attached to each notification.

  • Suppression lists

Addresses and numbers that should not be contacted again are not contacted again.

  • Signed status updates

Your platform receives delivery status updates that are signed, so they can be verified.

  • Self-hosted

Runs in your infrastructure, so tenant credentials and message content stay there.

Every channel uses the tenant’s own provider account.
