Managed support
Quarterly service reviews
A quarterly service review is a scheduled meeting where the supplier reports the quarter in numbers (uptime, incidents, response times, cost, changes) and agrees the roadmap for the next one, with the people who sign the invoice in the room. Hexploits holds one with every managed client, attended by the director.
A named engineer replies within one working day. A written scope and an indicative price within two.
