Payment and compliance integration is the work of connecting a business’s systems to the providers that take payments, collect Direct Debits and verify customers, so that money and identity data flow once, are reconciled automatically, and leave an audit trail. How it is delivered

Stage 1
Discovery
Two to four weeks. We map every payment and verification flow, the providers involved, the reconciliation gaps and the compliance obligations. Output: a written scope, a provider recommendation where one is needed, and a fixed figure or capped estimate.
Stage 2
Build
Provider integrations behind the abstraction layer, tested against sandbox environments and replayed webhook histories, with a working demonstration every fortnight.
Stage 3
Launch
Shadow processing alongside the existing flow, reconciliation of every transaction between the two, then cutover by segment with rollback available.
Stage 4
Operate
Provider API changes, webhook failures and reconciliation exceptions handled under deployment and monitoring, with a monthly report of volumes, fees and breaks.
