Reserved EU cloud capacity: Hexploits Cloud

Hexploits Cloud is reserved Kubernetes capacity on named hardware, hosted in the EU, at a fixed monthly cost. It exists for workloads that want predictability and data residency rather than usage pricing, and it is run by the same engineers on the same contract as everything else Hexploits does.

A named engineer replies within one working day. A written scope and an indicative price within two.

  • Finance directors who want one fixed figure for hosting.
  • Businesses with EU data residency requirements.
  • AI workloads that need private models on dedicated capacity.

Deliverables, not slogans. Each one appears in the statement of work.

  • Reserved CPU, memory, storage and, where needed, GPU capacity on hardware named in writing.
  • Managed Kubernetes on that capacity with high availability across nodes.
  • Dev and production environments of the same class.
  • Monitoring, backups, patching and on-call under managed support.
  • A fixed monthly invoice and usage reporting.

Our engineers work across the major languages, frameworks and cloud platforms. We build on the stack you already run, with technology choices explained in writing before work begins.

The same four stages as every Hexploits engagement, applied to this capability.

  1. Stage 1

    Size

Current usage is measured and capacity is sized with headroom, with the cost compared with your current bill.

  2. Stage 2

    Provision

Capacity is reserved and the platform built as code.

  3. Stage 3

    Migrate

Workloads move in waves with rollback to the previous provider until each is proven.

  4. Stage 4

    Operate

Managed support with quarterly capacity and cost review.

Every engagement agrees its measures and the measurement period in writing before work starts.

  • Monthly hosting cost fixed, compared with the previous twelve months (Gradvisor: 12% lower).
  • Availability reported monthly.
  • Data residency documented for supplier questionnaires.

  • Director, Gradvisor

Fantastic company and our development partner for Gradvisor, a social mobility careers platform with national ambitions. Extremely responsive and mission-oriented. Cameron owns any shortfalls humbly - rare for IT providers. Thinks like a client too.

  • Director, JobVantage

Working with Hexploits has genuinely been a pleasure, and I see them as my scaling partner for the foreseeable future as JobVantage grows. If you’re looking for a development team who combine strong AI/engineering capability with honesty, flexibility and a real interest in your business, I’d strongly recommend them.

How is it different from AWS or Azure?
It is reserved capacity on hardware we name, at a fixed price, rather than usage-priced services. For steady workloads that is typically cheaper and always more predictable. For highly variable workloads, usage pricing may still fit better, and we say which.
What happens if we want to leave?
Thirty days’ notice, data export, and a transition period. Everything is Kubernetes and code, so it moves.
Where is it hosted?
In the EU. Locations and specifications are published on hexploits.cloud.
